I was trying out to create a pdf form which can consume a Web Service. I am building this pdf form from Adobe Live Designer. But I am not getting the expected result from this. Even the sample application posted in Adobe Website is not working. The sample application works for me.

I am using adobe reader 8.0..
how about you? Do I need to install some plugin for this to work?
Install Adobe Acrobat. The sample application will not work with Adobe Reader.
