My company would like to put out an on-line catalog that is in interactive flip-page/zoom/downloadable. - There is lots of conversion software available but I was hoping to be able to achieve the same effect with my CS3 Design Premium package to save buying anymore software.

Exporting INDesign Doc to a Flip page...There are a couple online services that I've used to great success.
I can't seem to find the ones I'd used previously, but under a quick google:

There are a few others out there; they use PDF files, so you have to export from INDD to pdf then upload.
Some more searching will probably find what you want.
