I posted a question earlier and it was answered well, but i thought I'd start a general Blu-ray menus topic cus i might have a few questions!
The latest Blu-ray film I've tried is The Dark Knight. The initial pop up menu looks like an encore special but the ability to go up to a sub menu is interesting. Can this be done is Encore or is this Java thats doing it? You can go to a sub menu for scene selection and then scroll through scenes which is nice, again I'm guessing it's not Encore compatibile.
Anyone shed any light on it? Could you do this with different pop-up menus that just act like it's an interactive sub menu maybe?
Blu-ray MenusYepp, way beyond what Encore currently offers. At least DoStudio would be required for nested menus and scrolling button galleries, but most movie stuff is certainly done with Scenarist or BluPrint.
